After morning breakfast get ready to visit today Khajjiar also known as ‘Mini Switzerland’ of India. Khajjiar is a hill station in Chamba district, Himachal Pradesh, India. Khajjiar sits on a small plateau with a small stream-fed lake in the middle that has been covered over with weeds. The hill station is surrounded by meadows and forests. It is part of the Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary. Khajjiar can be reached from Dalhousie, the nearest major town and hill station, by bus in an hour or so. It has a rare combination of three ecosystems: lake, pasture and forest. On 7 July 1992, Mr. Willy T. Blazer, Vice Counselor and Head of Chancery of Switzerland in India brought Khajjiar on the world tourism map by calling it "Mini Switzerland". He also put a sign board of a yellow Swiss hiking footpath showing Khajjiar's distance from the Swiss capital Bern-6194 km. Khajjiar is among the 160 locations in the world that bear topographical resemblance with Switzerland. The counselor also took from Khajjiar a stone which will form part of a stone collage around the Swiss Parliament to remind the visitors of Khajjiar as a Mini Switzerland of India. After visiting Khajjiar come back to hotel for Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to Amritsar. After reaching Amritsar transfer to your pre-booked hotel check in hotel get some rest. In the evening visit Indo-Pak Wagha Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- This ceremony takes place every evening before sunset at the Wagah border, which as part of the Grand Trunk Road was the only road link between these two countries before the opening of the Aman Setu in Kashmir in 1999. The ceremony starts with a blustering parade by the soldiers from both sides, and ends up in the perfectly coordinated lowering of the two nations' flags. It is called the "beating retreat" border ceremony on the international level. After watching Wagha Border parade. Return to hotel in the night time have Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

The retreat ceremony starts at 5:15 PM in summer and 4:15 PM in the winter season. The total time duration of the ceremony is 45 minutes. The entrance to the venue is open from 10 AM to 4 PM.
